The same way you booked! Through your Momence account. We do not accept cancellations via email, social media or text. When a spot opens up, you'll receive an email or text notification giving you the option to join the class, we operate a ‘fastest fingers first’ waitlist to keep the waitlist active and moving.

Just remember our late cancellation window is 9 hours before class. If you cancel within 9 hours of class start time, you will be lose the credit if on the Two-Class Teaser Offer and charged a £12 fee if on the Unlimited 2-Week Intro Offer.

When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to the first person on the waitlist, asking them to confirm that they want to be booked into the class. If you don’t have a phone number on file will be contacted via email

You have 15 minutes to confirm if you want to be booked into the class before the system moves to the next person on the waitlist. You can see where you are on the waitlist within your Momence account!

Please remember that the 9-hour cancellation policy also applies to waitlisted spots that are added into the class, so if you say yes to a spot and then don’t cancel or show up, you will be deducted the credit or charged a late fee if on an unlimited offer or membership.

Please arrive early! We lock the door as class starts (to keep us all safe and secure) and once we begin, you’re considered a no-show. 

We know life happens, but for everyone’s safety, we cannot let you into class if you’re late.

We offer several prenatal specific classes on our schedule! It is always best to come along to at least 2-3 of these classes before attending any of our other classes. If you can’t make our prenatal classes, you’re welcome to join our Form classes on the schedule.

It’s not possible for us to extend or pause any intro offer. You are welcome to come join us for another class with one of our other pricing options.
