Let’s make every class with us feel-good with these need-to-knows

We’re here to set you up for success—whether it’s mastering your pilates moves or arriving seamlessly. Here’s everything you need to know to move with us!

  • Yay, welcome! SO pleased you’re here.

    • If you’re brand new, start with booking our Form class, as this class is ideal for beginners and refreshers to perfect your form, technique and feel at home on the reformer!

    • Arrive 10 minutes beforehand to familiarise yourself with the studio, say hi to your teacher and have a quick run through of the reformer! We’ll look after you.

    • You’ll need grip socks for class, but we sell some fun ones in the studio if you need a pair.

    • You are always welcome to ask questions, ask for a little extra support and if something doesn’t feel quite right, let us know! We can provide options :)

    Studio Facilities:

    • Lockers

    • Change room

    • Bathroom (no showers)

    1. Grip socks -  please BYO, or we sell some in the studio if you forget or don’t own a pair yet. Barefoot reformers is a no-no from us!

    2. Water bottle, stay hydrated during class + water is available to refill.

    3. Wear whatever you’re comfortable in, you’ll be moving and stretching so clothes that can do the same are ideal.

    4. Sweat towel, not essential but worth it during our Spicy or Strong class.

  • To ensure an optimal experience for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

    1. Cancellations must be made at least 9 hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid the loss of session credits.

    2. Late cancellations (less than 9 hours prior to class) will result in the loss of the session credit.

    3. No-shows will also result in the loss of the session credit or are charged a fee if on an unlimited offer or membership.

    4. Late arrivals that prevent you from joining the class will be considered a no-show and will result in the loss of the session credit.

    5. No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this allows us to maintain the highest level of service and accommodate other clients.

You have 15 minutes to confirm if you want to be booked into the class before the system moves to the next person on the waitlist. You can see where you are on the waitlist within your Momence account.
