EVERY Reformer Pilates
Effective from January 2025

Welcome to EVERY Reformer Pilates. By participating in our classes, workshops, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2.1 Booking and Attendance

• All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform, Momence.

• Cancellations must be made at least 9 hours before the class start time to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join for safety reasons.

• Late cancellations or no-shows on an unlimited offer or membership are subject to a fee charged to the card on file. £10 for late cancellations and £12 for no shows.

2.2 Class Credits and Packages

• Class credits and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• All credits have an expiration date as stated at the time of purchase. Extensions may be granted at the studio's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

2.3 Memberships

• Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum commitment period of 3 months from date of purchase.

• Membership cancellations or freezes require four weeks  written notice.

• Memberships can be paused for up to 6 weeks per year. If further pauses are needed, the membership will be charged at a 25% rate of the additional weeks paused.

• If a membership is cancelled, there is a 3 month pause before being able to rejoin as a member.

• Memberships are personal and cannot be shared.

• Credits roll on a monthly basis (ie. the EVERY week membership = 4 credits per month from date of billing to next date of billing) 

• Credits cannot be rolled over from month to month

• Need an extra class or two this month? Just email us and members can add on a class for £20

• Memberships cannot be shared and are for stand-alone use

• Unlimited Members note that any late cancellations or no shows are charged a £12 fee.

3.1 Health Declaration

• By participating in classes, you confirm you are in good health and have no medical condition that could be aggravated by physical activity.

• It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before the class begins.

3.2 Waiver of Liability

• EVERY Reformer Pilates is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes. You participate at your own risk.

• Consult a medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.

3.3 Studio Etiquette

• All clients are expected to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the suspension or termination of studio access.

4.1 Payments

• Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Refunds

• Payments for classes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable except in cases of error on our part.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@everypilates.co.uk

• EVERY Reformer Pilates reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or services without prior notice.

• If a class is canceled, clients will be offered a credit for the affected session.

• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• Photography and video recording in the studio are prohibited without prior consent.

• Occasionally, EVERY Reformer Pilates may take photos or videos for marketing purposes. You will always be asked for permission before being included in such content.

• EVERY Reformer Pilates reserves the right to terminate your access to classes or services if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
